Returns & Exchanges

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
• You will be assigned a Return Authorization Number which must be written clearly on outside of box.
• All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the RA# with all original materials and paperwork.
• We will not accept packages that are "billed to receiver". 
• All returning items must be new, unused and regular price at the time of purchase.
• All Sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS.
• We inspect all returns and issue a refund only for all new and unused merchandise.
• No refund or credit will be issued for items that were worn, used or mishandled. 
• We do not credit or refund original shipping charges. 
• The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. No free returns.
• If the return is a result of our error we will exchange the item if possible or refund the full purchase price including shipping.
