Shipping Delays

January 6, 2021

Canada Post updated their service alert advising of delays as they process and deliver heavy parcel volumes, while maintaining important safety measures.

  • On-time delivery guarantees were suspended on March 18, 2020 due to the pandemic and the suspensions remain in effect. We can not guarantee the delivery date even if you pay for expedite service.
  • Carrier tracking is updated once the package reaches the province/state of destination normally this can take 5-8 business days. With these delays carrier tracking will take longer and can update within 5-15 business days.
  • Delivery standards have been adjusted to help manage delivery expectations.
  • Due to increased Covid safety measures, lockdowns, Canada Post and other Shipping Carriers are impacted by unprecedented volumes and possible delays for all shipments in Canada and USA.

Furthermore please be aware that our facility is located in Ontario, Canada which is under a 'Stay At Home Order'. This means our team is working at home with minimal shipping staff. All services such as shipping, customer service and returns are delayed.

Thank you for your understanding.

Unprecedented delays

You have likely seen shipments taking longer to be delivered. Due to the Covid-19, carriers are experiencing severe delays, particularly with Canadian and international shipments.

This is an unprecedented time and the impact on shipping has caused a significant backlog with shipments. This is due to the volume of packages, increased safety measures, limited staff, and a reduction in transportation available. This is the current reality.

You will always find the latest information on the tracking page however we are unable to provide updated delivery times and in some case the exact location of your package. That's why it is best to continue to monitor your tracking. These delays are beyond our control and all delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

May 14, 2020

With many Canadians isolating at home and shopping more online, Canada Post and all other delivery companies are now processing and delivering parcels at levels only experienced during the busiest weeks of the Christmas season.

Canada Post and other delivery companies are advising customers across the country to expect delays with their parcel deliveries. The heavy incoming parcel volumes, combined with the important safety measures implemented in processing facilities, mean it is taking longer to process. Those measures include physical distancing in facilities that were never designed for keeping people two metres apart.

Please be patient. Your orders are on the way.
