Cutler Sports warrants all Cutler Bag products for 6 months from customer purchase. Our warranty covers only manufacturing and material defect. This includes faulty stitching, hardware such as eyelets, hooks and buckles etc. Warranty does not apply to normal deterioration caused by regular “wear and tear” or abuse. All products must be purchased in Canada and must be returned with customer’s proof of purchase as well as Cutler Sports Return Authorization number.
Ibkul
Cutler Sports warrants all Ibkul products for 90 days from customer purchase. Our warranty covers only manufacturing and material defect. This includes faulty stitching, hardware (eyelets, hooks and buckles). Warranty does not apply to normal deterioration caused by regular “wear and tear”, abuse or mishandled washing instructions. We will not accept any returns for product that is uncomfortable. All products must be purchased in Canada and must be returned with customer’s proof of purchase as well as Cutler Sports Return Authorization number.
GG Blue
Cutler Sports warrants all GG Blue products for 90 days from customer purchase. Our warranty covers only manufacturing and material defect.
