Shipping Policy

Please take a few minutes to review our policies and call us toll free at 1-888-928-8537 if you have any questions.

We ship items within 1-3 business days of when you place your order providing the merchandise is in stock.

Once your order has been processed it will ship according to the type of delivery service you have chosen when your order was placed.

Purchaser is responsible for all taxes and shipping charges on the products being delivered.

If items ordered are backordered for a period of 14 days or longer, we will notify you by e-mail with an expected ship date.

All pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Estimated date of release will be posted on the website and may be subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

If you have questions about sizing, please call or email before you place your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization number. Please contact us at 1-888-928-8537 or customerservice@cutlersports.com to receive the RA# number.

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You must return items in a new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We inspect all returned items and issue refunds for all new and unopened merchandise. We do not credit or refund shipping charges.

If the return is a result of our error or defective product we will exchange or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Sales items may be returned for merchandise credit only.We do not credit shipping charges.

No refund or credit will be issued for product that was used. Please read the Warranty Policy.
